Update: they reached out to me after my negative review and acknowledged that they had done something unethical, and offered a refund, contingent on me deleting my review. Further evidence that this company continues to conduct business in shady and unethical ways. I’m not removing my review, I want others to know what kind of company they’re dealing with. First off, this is not a local business, it’s a national chain out of Texas. The appointment confirmation, and all email communication done by Superior Appliances Repair. They were transparent about their $99 LG refrigerator diagnostics fee, but the technician who showed up, took the temp inside the fridge, said he thinks it’s the compressor, which is something they don’t fix. Then proceeded to charge us $99 and leave. All in under 5 mi

Very easy and quick to book an appointment. I had a technician , Ahmad, at my home next morning. Very happy with the service I received from him and the follow up he provide too. Would definitely recommend this company.
