Thank goodness I was able to find these guys! They helped out in a pinch and was able to schedule a service for our client the same week! Gretchen was super helpful and attentive to the nature of the situation. Jay who was our tech was absolutely fantastic! He communicated and kept me informed of his arrival which was great since we were not there on site and we were handling this for our client!! Will absolutely use them again as now they have become part of our team! Thank you so much again Appliance Guys!! :-)

Joe did us right again! When he didn't have the party needed after diagnosing the problem, he gave me the option of finding it myself. I gave him a call when I got it and he worked us in to their busy schedule within a few days. We are outside their normal service range and in an area where it's hard to find service companies. Getting our frig back online today was a blessing! P.S. Our four pugs loved Joe and they are an excellent judge of character 😆

Appliance Guys (Jay/Gretchen) did a great job ordering, installing of a new microwave and oven and haul away of the old. No issues and very punctual. Pricing of new appliances, instal and haul away was fair.I would highly recommend Appliance Guys for any appliance repair or replacement. Very professional and super friendly.

Called Appliance Guy to have service performed on our Bosch oven. Scheduled appointment. Jay, owner, arrived in a timely manner. Diagnosed the problem and had our appliance up and running in a short period of time. Jay was very friendly, knowledgeable about appliances and performed an exceptional repair. Pricing was fair. Needed dishwasher drain pump looked at. Lady on the phone was extremely nice! The men that came out were such a joy! Kind and funny! They were able to fix it quite quickly and were very thorough. Price was reasonable! Can't recommend them enough!
