Don arrived 1 hr before my scheduled time so I wasn't quite ready. But he did a thorough evaluation of my 2013 Whirlpool front loading Duet washer model WFW94HEAW. He identified the problem quickly; heard the concerns I had in specific to my washer and in general & repaired it. It all took 45 minutes including payment. So maybe 35 minutes were the actual repair time for the leak in the front involving the door gasket. He also cleaned the dispenser which was retaining water. Don is very friendly, personable & thoughtful. What I was told while making appt was not at all what was done during appt. When the tech called the main office to discuss my situation I heard the guy on the other end of the phone say "Just get her to agree on anything you can". And then they both laughed. I was stunned at what I heard. I was charged $175 for zero answers and zero service. And then when the tech left he said" All right, you're all set! Call me if you need anything else". Again zero answers and zero work was performed.

The good: They repaired the belt on your dryer for $400 the day after we requested an appointment. The bad: they disconnected the vent hose from the dryer so when we used it the laundry room became very hot and humid. Luckily we were home to catch it, but it seemed like a fire risk.

Doug was terrific. He made sure he had the parts to do the job and made sure he checked for clogs to make sure he couldn’t fix it without them. He was able to replace a glow plug clear a port and get our broiler working great without having to replace everything.
