Appliance Master - Lambertville, NJ

I just moved into a new house and needed someone to fix several appliances. I chose Appliance Master because of their reviews and was more than pleased with their service. James was very pleasant and polite and was early for each appointment. He was also very knowledgeable and gave me some great tips going forward . I would definitely call him again if I need another service appointment.

My dishwasher was repaired very satisfactorily. .James is knowledgeable and pleasant.and shared tips for keeping it running better in the future. I appreciate the extra steps he took to make sure the machine was fully cleaned and working properly. Thank you very much!

I was hopeful, due to the positive reviews. Unfortunately, the experience and results fell short. Customer service on the phone was cold with a little splash of combativeness. Technician was friendly enough but did not fix the problem. $200 later, the appliance noise is even louder than it was before the service. And there were changes in price quotes (for the same service) a few times, which concerns me. Oh well. Back to the drawing board!

Just a terrific job by your appliance technician in fixing our defunct clothes dryer. He diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain it to us. He also had all the necessary replacement parts on hand. Top marks, and also to the person who handled my initial call. If it were possible to give you and him 6 stars I would.
