This company is sorry and inconsistent please don’t waste your time or money. He (Mark) will not return to finish your job nor will he answer any follow up questions once he leaves. Simply trashy!!!!

Company came out to service my refrigerator. I had water leaking on the floor. Mark said I had a 60 day coverage with home warranty company so call if needed. I thought he was sincere. That made me feel comfortable about him and the company. Unfortunately, when I called and the home warranty company called three times, a total of four attempts, he did not respond. The home warranty company sent another company out yesterday to fix the problem. It was a company I and the home warranty used before. They do great work and the tech person is knowledgeable and cares about the work he is doing. Appliance Medic was not thorough in doing and completing the job.

Based on the reviews posted in the past, it appears the issues experienced were related to the Home Warranty provider rather than this company. It is not fair IMHO to criticize a company because your warranty company failed to communicate or follow up. Mark came out to my home today to resolve an issue with my gas stove. We have 2-10 as our warranty company. He was prompt in responding and arrived on time. I work from home, and Mark was kind enough to come between meetings to spend time with me diagnosing the issue. In the end, it was not anything major. However, he used the time to thoroughly QA my stove to make sure it was functioning correctly and safely. He provided helpful maintenance tips and I was very happy with his service.

Mark was recently dispatched to our home after we were completely ghosted by another company. We had no dishwasher for 3 weeks. Mark was dispatched came the next morning. He diagnosed and was back as soon as he received the part. He was prompt and efficient. Very thankful he came and got the job done!

Mark came out to our home to service our washing machine. He stated that the manufacturer doesn't make the part anymore & that he would notify my warranty company that a replacement is recommended. Fast forward to a week later, no call to the warranty company from Mark. I attempted to reach him twice & the warranty company has on 3 occasions to no avail. It appears by all of the previous reviews that this man is just in the business of snatching deposits & not following through with his work. If he's in need of a few coins say that but don't play games. Beware of this company unless you have time to wait on nothing! If I could give Appliance Medic zero stars, I would!
