These employees do not care about their customers unless you are a contractor. I sat and watched as they helped a contractor and let me walk around the store without help. When I say they it’s because there was two of employees and one client and me in the store.

Young guy behind the counter was extremely rude and even degrading to me.

Absolutely horrible customer service here avoid at all costs. All I needed was a fuse and they wouldn't help me and became super defensive when I told them they were being rude. Will never go here again, read their reviews as they all have similar experiences

Horrible customer service will never go here ever again. I should have read the reviews before I even went in there. 2 people were working (one older and one younger) today 9/19 around 9:30am. They were incredibly rude right off the bat, gave short answers, wouldn't even let me explain what I was looking for just treated me like I was in the wrong store without even letting me finish my sentence just kept saying "No" "No" "No" What kind of service is that? Don't go here for any appliance parts unless you want to be treated like trash and be disrespected
