Can't say how refreshing it is to know there are still businesses like this out there. First of all, they're patient with you and can help point you in the right direction on diagnosis. Equally amazing is the amount of stock they keep on the shelves. Only once did they not have what I needed on hand, and they ordered it and I got it next day. Great local business.

Without question the best business of ANY kind within 100 miles. As an appliance parts distributor, there is not one better anywhere. When one is their customer, they deliver the goods, if not in stock and if it’s early enough (3:00 PM, I think) they’ll have it for you the next day. On top of that, the gents who own/work there are happy to give pointers/suggestions and a better fix if there is one. All this and a cordial, professional and friendly experience from phone call to purchase. A rare find in this day and age. Thanks guys, you ARE the best!

The three gentlemen who own this establishment are very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. They will give you their expert opinion on what’s most likely wrong with your appliances instead of just letting you spend unnecessary money and waste your time. I’ve been here on multiple occasions to repair a variety of my appliances and they were correct on what needed to be replaced every single time. I’ve replaced and repaired my oven heating element, my dryer thermal fuse, my refrigerator condenser and my dishwasher’s seal and dishwashing liquid door. They’ll talk you through repairs in person or over the phone. I can tell they have many years of hands on experience and their prices are lower than online not including the additional cost of shipping.
