We recently hired RoofMasters for a major roofing project at our home, and we couldn't be more impressed with their work and professionalism. From the start, our main contact Johnathon was responsive and easy to work with, and the foreman Matt focused on timing and quality, and made sure we knew each day when they were going to lunch or finished for the day. That kind of communication gave us a lot of peace of mind during the project. After the main job was completed, we did a walk-around and noticed a few small items we wanted to follow up on. I'm just the tenant, so I can't review price and value. But I can give 5 stars for the guys doing the work and communication with office staff. The guys doing the work were great. An oak tree branch fell and did some damage to the (older) tile roof. The entire process from estimate to complete repair took a few visits. I'm sure that once they got into the repair and inspected the entire 2 story roof, some unforeseen areas were discovered. I have no doubt the goal was to repair and not replace saving the homeowner a lot of money. The guys did a fantastic job with the clean up too. They had to blow the muck from under the tiles and debris off the roof to make a good assessment. I helped hire Jonathon & the RoofMasters crew on behalf of my close friend who owns a home in Vallejo, but resides out of the country. They did an excellent job handling both dry rot work and securing a brand new shingled roof at the residence. I would recommend them, for their quality work & excellent communication, to anybody.

Aside from the fact that they answer their phone when called, which is already 100% more than others seem to be able to do, they did a great job fixing the roof on my shed and doing some repairs on my house. They got the permit, stuck to their price, and got the job done when they said they would, and did a good job. You really can't ask for much more than that. I needed roof repairs and they got me sorted out.
