Can't really rate his work, as he never showed up. He kept promising to but never did. He never even bothered to call and reschedule. Take it as a warning - if he doesn't give you an actual appointment time or window when he will arrive? Find someone who does. It's just common courtesy. He strung us along for a day and a half....and lied the entire time. I can only imagine how tough it would be to get him to come back after a part is promised to be ordered and installed. We would have loved to give our business to a small local place, but know when to cut our losses. We will try another local shop. There are plenty. In hindsight, I think we dodged a bullet. We purchased a refrigerator from Phil that unfortunately turned out to be broken. To his credit, he did make an effort to fix it and he does seem knowledgeable when it comes to refrigerator repairs. However, once issues continued, communication became a serious problem. Calls and messages routinely went unanswered, making it nearly impossible to resolve the situation. Ultimately, we were forced to purchase another refrigerator. At this point, we still don’t know whether we will be reimbursed for the original one we bought from him, due to the complete lack of follow-up. I have never written a negative review before, but this experience has been extremely frustrating and has left us at our wits’ end. This guy is the biggest liar and everything that comes out of his mouth is false. Guaranteed all his products but didn’t. Failed to follow up and do what he said he would do. Sold us terrible products. Washing machine never worked from day one. Replaced the water pump and said it was a rare problem. Screws missing in the top and “not sure why.” Mother board fried 8 months after purchasing. Dryer died 6 months into purchasing and always blames it on something else and “never happens.” Do not buy products from him. He is a fraud and not trust worthy. Don’t waste your time. It is too good to be true. Separate appliance repair guy told us the machine is not with saving. Paid $110 for him to come out and say this. Paid $150 to clean the dryer vent that didn’t need cleaning.

Philip always deserves 5 stars. He is a very professional and very polite man. Whenever I called him, he answered me happily and was always available to solve my problems with my refrigerator. With Phil you will be in good hands, just be friendly with him too, and remember that he has many clients to take care of too, so be patient with him and you will be well looked after.

Philip knew exactly what to do on a washer/dryer combo draining issue and actually had the pump in his van, which is pretty amazing. Absolutely recommend his expertise. Super informative and friendly. Thanks Phil!
