Jason is very professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to repair my freezer and downdraft. He was thorough, came ontime and stayed until late evening to finish the job on a Sunday . He even disposed and broke up the boxes shipped with the ordered parts. I will definitely use him again.

The technician Jason was extremely fast and courteous. He has a degree in archaeology but is working here to pay the bills. His company should be happy to have such great a great worker. Thanks Jason!

They did a great job communicating and tech was very knowledgeable in my decor range. Simon quickly diagnosed with the issue was and was able to solve it very quickly. Everyone else was saying they wanted to replace a bunch of parts but he knew exactly what was going wrong and where the burner was jammed. I highly recommend them and Simon did a wonderful job.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They are not about good customer service. Our dishwasher was loose from the wall. I called this company and they said it would cost about $150 to reattach it back. The technician came and reattached it unevenly and charged me $350 for a 30 minute job. We later noticed that it was unevenly reattached and we requested the technician come back the next day to do it properly. A few months later the dishwasher became unattached from the wall again. I called the company and was told they only guarantee their work for 3 months. I called a few days after 3 months of service. I asked to speak to the manager and was told by the receptionist that he would call me sometime soon. He never called me. My dishwasher is still loose. Very disappointed with their service.

They have a good availability and the service was fast. However, their prices are very high. The technician quoted me for $400 for unclogging the dishwasher pipe. after my complaints He dropped it to $365. It’s took him 10 minutes of work online research shows it shouldn’t not cost more than $200.
