I hired Appliance Professional to do some work for us at our home on Lake Murray. Chandler came out to fix my Monogram appliances, both DW and FF. He was awesome. Totally prepared-had the tools and knowledge to address both problems. Not the least expensive, not the most but what i appreciated was the super helpful and prepared Tech came in and fixed both issues. Fair price, work done was thorough, and fast without being rushed. Tech was fantastic. He evaluated the problem and ordered the correct part. Installation was great, he took his time to test everything was working fine. The only draw back was LG sending the parts in a timely manner. Not the fault of Appliance Professional but with the manufacturer. Would highly recommend Appliance Professional.
