Chris provided outstanding service on my Samsung washer repair. My machine would fill with water but wouldn’t complete the wash cycle, and I had no idea what was causing the problem. Chris quickly diagnosed the issue and discovered clothing had become lodged underneath the washer, preventing the motor from running properly. He resolved the problem efficiently in under 45 minutes and took the time to explain exactly what happened so I could prevent it in the future. He even showed me where to locate the make and model information on the machine, which was extremely helpful for future maintenance or service calls. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. I truly appreciated his honesty and willingness to educate me, not just fix the problem and leave. Thanks to him

Would not recommend as follow up customer service is severely lacking/nonexistent. They'll gladly take their diagnostics fee for the initial appointment, destroy your kitchen baseboards and then never respond to you with a quote for the actual oven repair. My initial meeting was with this company on Dec 15th. The service tech was super friendly and seemed knowledgable, was on time and very professional. After diagnostics, aprox 40 min, noted a rep would reach out in a few days with a quote for stove glass top repair and oven part needed for the oven repair. We are now 26 days and there has been no attempt to reach out or respond to inquiry about status of quote/repair.

Unfortunately we had a poor experience with Appliance Recovery of Nashville, from a late appointment arrival to an $1800 quote to fix our dishwasher. Here are more details: Our arrival window was 1-4pm. I called at 3pm to make sure that the technician would arrive before 4pm and they told me that his GPS said that he would arrive in 40 minutes. At 4pm I had to call again, and was told that he was 20 minutes away. At 4:45pm I called again as he had not yet arrived, and was told that he was just pulling into my driveway. I had two issues with my dishwasher that I wanted to have investigated - pooling of water at the bottom of the unit, and a soap dispenser door that wasn't opening during cycles. The tech spend about 20 minutes starting the dishwasher, letting it run and listening to it.

Chris was great. He is very personable and obviously very knowledgeable of his profession. He was able to trace the problem with my oven down to a crimped wire. I highly recommend Chris and Appliance Recovery.

Chris, the service man, was extremely friendly and, most importantly, knowledgeable about ice machines, their service issues and the care needed to keep them clean — reinforcing the procedures I’ve been taking to keep the machine clean and sanitary. Hopefully, my ice machine and all my other appliances run well forevermore. But, if they don’t, Appliance Recovery of Nashville will be first in line to resolve my issue.
