Appliance Repair Center truly saved our day last week! We couldn't open up because of a pilot repair, but ARC came to our rescue very quickly and even managed to fit us in during their busy day. I wholeheartedly recommend this great company. The receptionist /appointment booker was so friendly, she made sure to communicate clearly and even called back for more details. The repair tech is also always friendly, reasonably priced, and gets the job done quickly! Even with some of our older kitchen appliances, he handled everything smoothly and confidently!

I have used this amazing Repair Center over and over again for at least 12 years now and EVERY SINGLE TIME I receive OUTSTANDING SERVICE by the ENTIRE STAFF. This is a family owned business and they do small electric repairs that other big box stores won't touch. I seriously think that the other reviewer on here is totally ridiculous in his or her review and I do not believe for a minute that they had bad service. The front desk person is actually the owners wife and she is totally caring and kind and pleasant! She even gives out free books to those who want them (they have a cool "take a book" shelf in their lobby. The owner and his son do QUALITY REPAIR WORK and I have honestly had them work on things that they spent hours and hours on and they NEVER CHARGED ME. They have fixed halogen

I called and was treated like a second class citizen. i asked to speak to the manager and was hung up on by a very rude receptionist. She drilled me and asked what company i was with and i was just trying to find the place. NEVER GO HERE!!!!

Great service fix my microwave at a reasonable price and lent me a loner till it was done very professional
