Fort Drum Review. The prices were reasonable for me. Ran me about 280 to replace belt and thermostat. Truthfully If you have an old dryer then consider finding another used dryer for cheaper before spending this money, especially in PCS season. But they also suspected that my home drying piping wasn't hooked up correctly. I called housing maintenance and Appliance Repair was correct. My dryer would've kept having thermostat issues if they hadn't identified that. (5 years worth of mint removed from my attic). They also were very respectful in every interaction and gave a professional and friendly greeting when entering my home. I'm satisfied with their work and recommend you calling and getting a quote if you need repair.

Great experience overall. Everything was explained clearly, and both our washer and dryer were reviewed thoroughly. There was no pressure to buy unnecessary parts or services. Professional, honest, and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

Paid $117 just for them to come out and “assess” the guy never did anything and only looked at the washer. Never took it apart, nothing. Waited 9 business days for the “part” to come in (11 if you count the weekend) Then they called to schedule the repair to the washer …..3 more days pass. Then they finally arrive and he has the wrong part. I was told they sometimes send the wrong part. Yeah, that’s why you take down the make model and info so you get the correct part and you take the thing apart on the service call so you know exactly what you need! So now we start the process all over again. Called to see how long it’s going to take this time and find out the technician didn’t even turn in his paperwork to order the new part. Even one star is too much for this ridiculous company. Dan the manager is a disgusting manager once payment without providing statement. He terrorize my wife When she ask statement before providing statement for the work that was done! Dan’s man Nasty and harassed also. I would never do business with This company The case will go to my lawyer. I will ask him to report this company to IRS since they push hard to get the payment instead of providing statement.

Had a frozen fridge evaporator due to broken fan. Fridge was under warranty NTL did not trouble shoot and said it was a water issue and not covered under warranty through manufacturer. They left, I ordered a fan installed it myself and the fridge works like new. The technician was not skilled and should have found the issue. They collected money from Midea and didn't provide a repair.
