Russel was a true professional and did such fine work in fixing my oven. He came well prepared with his own shoe covers and blankets to protect my floors. He explained what he was doing throughout and was honest about what needed to be replaced and what did not. He left my oven looking and working like new (cleaned greasy parts along the way)! I would definitely call appliance repair group for my future needs.

Russell was very pleasant and professional. He brought all the equipment he needed, explained all of the things that needed fixing in my Viking oven and did the work in a timely manner. My stove and oven are now working very well.

Got problem with refrigerator. Called the company late evening and was promised visit the next day within specific time window. Technician Russell called in advance, and arrived at agreed time. Russell worked fast and with great confidence. The failed part was identified, tested, replaced with a new one, tested again and installed. Refrigerator was checked, paperwork (payment and warranty) prepared and signed. I am absolutely satisfied with communication and service quality. Unreservedly recommend both the company and Russell the technician.
