Appliance Repair Inc sent out a service person the same day I called. Mike did an excellent job of repairing my oven. He was very patient with all my questions. Thanks ARI and Mike!

Shawn did a great job fixing our Samsung refrigerator ice maker. Reasonable charge. Showed up within timeframe. Would call them again if I needed repairs.

OMG. I am so happy to have found this company!! I woke up to some water damage on my floor near my dishwasher & called hoping for a same day repair. Nicole saved the day!! She explained what had happened & what needed to be done to complete the repair. She cleaned up a mess a recent plumber had left & was extremely thorough in making sure there wasn’t any further leaking. I have already told friends about how happy i am & will definitely call them again!!

Do not use this company for anything. Extremely unprofessional and incompetent. You would be better off trying to fix it yourself. 0 stars

Fantastic experience start to finish with this company! Total professionals. They actually pick up the phone—at least for all of my multiple calls. Dan resolved my microwave problems in no time; he’s very professional, knowledgeable and you can just tell he’s reliable and trustworthy. I’m so happy I have found my go-to appliance repair company—won’t call anyone else!
