This place is a complete scam, and they refuse to refund your money. When our dryer malfunctioned, they claimed it required a new motor and estimated the repair costs at over $700. Suspecting their diagnosis, we sought a second opinion, which revealed that the motor was fine and the actual issue was much simpler and less expensive to fix. Despite this, I have been waiting for a refund for over a month now, with no response or resolution from the company. To make matters worse, when we called and informed them that we would escalate the issue to the Attorney General if we didn’t receive our money back, they responded by saying, "We are going to hang up on you, if you say those company names". Do not hire this company. If I could give this company 0 or negative stars, I would. They told us it would be 5-7 business days for a sensor part needed to fix our refrigerator. After prepaying for the part, we didn't hear anything from them for over 2 weeks. We called and spoke with the receptionist and a service technician multiple times and they kept telling us they had no idea when the part would arrive and that it could take weeks. Finally, they gave us an ETA and put us on the schedule. The day they were supposed to come fix the fridge, no one showed up in the 4-hour window provided, no call either. We called them and their response was that the part still had not arrived. Finally, I decided to cancel and they said they would issue us a refund, which they never did. They now will not

We had them out to fix our freezer because the door would not shut properly. They fixed the door but then the ice maker wouldn't work and they had to come out twice to fix it. Fast forward 9 months and our freezer door won't shut again, I call to have them come out and fix it, the lady on the phone says they don't have any records of our door being broken, they only have documents for the ice maker, which doesn't make any sense at all since the ice maker was secondary to the original problem. It costs us around $470 to get it fixed the first time. Do not use this company.

This company was hired through Best buy to repair our refrigerator. The guy who came out to our house, did not know how to install the new part and had someone walk him through the process over the phone. He was shoving and pulling shelves so forcefully he scratched and he carved out the inside and outside of the refrigerator. It took a few hours to repair it, all the while the water was collecting under the black mat that was under the fridge. The water damaged our hardwood floors! Not only they decline the responsibility for the damages, they are saying I carved one year old refrigerator and damaged my hardwood floors myself! Stay away from this incompetent company!

My dryer was giving off a burning smell this morning. I was kind of freaking out because other places were two weeks out for scheduling. ARI sent someone out hours later and they were able to fix the problem ASAP! Totally reasonable price and great service by Tevin! Would absolutely recommend!!!
