Saved the day and an expensive purchase. LG oven failed to light and showed a code. Within 2hours of calling I had a tech. on the way to meed me at home. Kobe had it diagnosed and had the replacement part in this truck. Left workplace clean and fully reassembled the stove with full check up. Very pleased with the service and price. Terrible. They told me it was $100 diagnosis fee but the $100 would go towards the repair. I'm thinking ok as long as they fix it. He said the bearing and motor board needed to be replaced for my washing machine. I knew the bearings were bad but the motor board was a little sketchy. He said it was getting warm. Ok whatever sure. He charged me and said they would call me on pricing to fix the job. A week later no call. I call and asked what was the price of the fix and why they never called me back. The lady on the phone told me "thier supplier" could not find the bearing. I asked her, so what do we do and she said, nothing I am sorry and hung up on me. What can I say? It is so refreshing in this day and time to have someone so honest and trustworthy to do a job that is professional and does not attempt to rob you of your money. The young lady in the office was very pleasant and helpful. I have had Mr Gary out a couple of times for different appliances and everything was well done.

Requested service on a Dishwasher which would not Start. Called them on Monday morning at 8, service tech Koby was here before noon. Koby was very thorough and got it running again by finally unplugging and re-plugging the control panel connector. Do not hesitate to use them.

Gary was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He made 2 different repairs on our refrigerator and saved us money by not having to purchase a new one.
