Adam came to fix our wine cooler that was fluctuating in temp. He found a faulty thermostat sensor, replaced it, and stayed long enough to make sure it held a steady 55°F. Max came out to fix our dishwasher, which kept stopping mid-cycle and flashing an error code. He pulled it out, checked the wiring and found a faulty heating element relay. Replaced the control board and reseated the wiring harness. He also cleaned out the filter and ran a full test cycle to confirm everything worked. While most techs just focus on the one thing you complain about, Max went the extra mile to make sure there weren’t other hidden issues. The dishwasher now runs like new quiet, fast, and everything comes out spotless.

Vito was great came out for a range issue where the oven wouldn’t stay lit. He traced it to a bad flame sensor and had a new one with him. Swapped it in, tested the bake and broil modes, and made sure everything heated up evenly. He even adjusted the gas pressure slightly to improve efficiency. Really sharp guy who takes pride in doing things right.
