We noticed our refrigerator door seal was loose and cold air escaped. After replacement, it seals tightly and cools efficiently.

Our fridge built up frost along the back wall and affected storage. After service, defrosting works properly.

My oven wouldn’t heat past 200 degrees. It was repaired promptly. Everything works great now.

I called there because my dishwasher (Bosch) was not working. They sent a repairman to look into the problem, I was told I would have to pay 79.99 for him to come to my home. He was in my home for 15 minutes at the most and he left telling me that the dishwashers board was broken and could not be fixed. I then went to order a new dishwasher. One day later my Bosch started working when a friend accidentally leaned against the buttons on the machine. I used the machine everyday since. They would not give me a refund on the 79.99. I thought that was not fair, he apparently diagnosed it wrong.

Our garbage disposal was working fine but it suddenly conked out. So, I called Appliance Repair Ocean for appliance service and they sent the friendliest personnel I have ever encountered. He replaced the busted switch and it worked normally again. Now, their number is on my speed dial so I can call them at the slightest hint of trouble.
