Appliance Repair Roseville

After our dishwasher started giving us problems I was looking for a local company to use. I called Appliance Repair Roseville and super excited to find out they could come out that day. Since I was working, I coordinated for my wife to be home. She was at our son's baseball practice and we had to coordinate a ride home from a grandparent. Unfortunately, we never received a call and no technician ever showed up. When I tried calling them I got a voicemail and on top of that the voicemail was full so I could not even leave a message. As I write this the next day, I have still had no call to apologize for the inconvenience. If the customer service reflects the actual service levels I say check out someone else.

Great service. the guy was very nice and polite, prompt he was here in 1 hour and got my washer fixed in no time .. works like new again! charming!!! 5 stars!

This company has the best customer service In Roseville ,they fixed my fridge and my ice maker , and they are truly professional and very pleasant to deal with .
