He refused to help me after hearing I was African American over the phone. The entire time he pushed me to call someone else. I asked if I could just schedule an appointment with him for tomorrow jic I couldn't find someone else. He refused. He told me to call someone else because he didn't "prefer front load washers." He then called back to tell me he was in his 60s and that he has been running his business since 1992 and he can pick and choose what he wants to do. I love being an American!

Our freezer corrected itself after I emptied it in preparation for the service call with AR&S. But communication with dispatch and the service person was excellent.

Excellent service, very nice, dependable, reasonable price & cleans his area after the work is done, on time as well. ABSOLUTELY WILL use again and refer him to other's that may need service repair on appliances!

These guys did a great job fixing my dishwasher. Quick, helpful, and didn't cost me an arm and leg. Would highly recommend

Came out the next day and fixed my chest freezer that had stopped working. Some mice had chewed through a few wires and once replaced it was worked great .
