Appliance Rescue Service

We’ve had good experiences in the past with Appliance Rescue, so when my 2 year old Maytag wouldn’t start today. I gave them a call to schedule service. After explaining the situation, the gentleman asked me a few questions and diagnosed the issue over the phone. He even helped me look up the part number. Highly recommend!

My family first used Appliance Rescue back in the 80s. Since then we’ve used them numerous times four our homes and our business. You will be hard pressed to find a more honest operation in NJ. Rocky always arrives when promised. They stand behind their work and the price has always been respectable. I see there are several bad reviews here on Google. They can’t be from actual customers. I suspect they are fake reviews. I just had them at my house a few weeks ago to recharge the AC. Then I found out that a friend of mine used someone else and paid 2 1/2 times what I paid. Do yourself and your wallet a favor call Appliance Rescue for a price before you hire someone else.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Appliance Rescue Services, and I must say that their service was nothing short of disastrous. From start to finish, my encounter with this company has been marked by incompetence, unresponsiveness, and a complete lack of professionalism. First and foremost, Appliance Rescue Services charged us an exorbitant amount of over $1500 for a part for out broken oven. Little did we know that this would only be the beginning of our nightmare. After the payment was made, we expected prompt and efficient service, but we were sorely disappointed. To our dismay, we endured months of waiting with no progress on the repairs. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company, their communication was practically non-exist

They bilked my 96 year old mother out of $1,169.00. Came to repair the refrigerator. Told her she need a part and she paid them. The refrigerator never worked. Tried calling them and they never returned the calls. No soul…..96 years old in a fixed income.

Please do not use this service, worst experience ever! The owner Shawn, came to my residence to clean the dryer vent and while doing so was in such a rush, knocked open my washer hose and never reattached it, he didn't even know he did it, he was so rushed, he left his sunglasses in the laundry room. I later did a load of laundry and it flooded my living room, kitchen, and laundry room. I had to have Stanley Steamer tear up all my carpets, tile, baseboards as there was so much water damage. I called the owner, and he told me "he didn't do it" but I have experts and a plethora of photos to prove otherwise.
