Was lucky enough to have Dan come out for a dishwasher repair. My faith in service professionals was restored by his visit. Dan knew more about the intricacies of the machine in ten seconds than I've been able to compile in years searching online. Personable, timely, and was great with the dog :)... I couldn't recommended these guys enough! Thanks Dan!

The first interaction with this company was pleasant. The tech came out found the problem and ordered the part. This is where the issues started... I went weeks and maybe even months without any sort of follow up, I called several times and was always told the manufacturer shipped a broken part. Had the part randomly show up at my house, the company had no idea it was being shipped to my house. Pretty sure all the other info was BS. Tech comes out and replaces the part l, all good right?! Wrong shortly after and 1/2 month outside of the manufacturer warranty the same problem is back and now it's even worse. I recently had the misfortune of dealing with d3Aok appliance service. After 7 attempts to repair my KitchenAid refrigerator I called Appliance Service Co. Dan came out the next day and within 30 minutes found the problem. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

We are very happy with the awesome service we received from Appliance Service Company. Dave was on time, courteous, professional and more than happy answering our questions. Steve made scheduling easy. It's obvious that the customer comes first. The total cost was very reasonable too.

Appliance Service Company came out to diagnose our dishwasher (water would not circulate- basically didn't wash). The owner came out on my call in Briargate on time and quickly let me know what the issue was and what it would cost to fix it. He really tried to make a repair workable but ultimately advised against it. This is a company built on integrity and will be my first call if I need help with any of my appliances in the future.
