We needed to know why our range was not working in a new unit we had moved into. I believe they were here within a couple hours of our first call. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. We found out why the range wasn’t working. 😶 He also took care of the mess and is helping find a replacement. Overall very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.

They were able to squeeze our washer repair in the same day I called which was a total lifesaver going into a holiday week. Serviceman was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. I will absolutely reccommend this team to friends, family & neighbors.

Been working with Jim for years, helping me with both personal property and rental property. Always been straight forward with what is practical to fix or should be replaced. Charges fairly and shows up in a timely manner.

Pretty sure they overcharged my mom. Pretty sure I won’t be using their service. Update: They mailed a refund of a whopping $17.00. Not gonna hold my breath for the rest.

A month ago washer repaired and problem was said to be bath mat that I know longer wash. Problem occurred again. Called yesterday and message said he would get back to me. He has yet to return my call.
