Called Appliance Solutions because we bought a new microwave thinking we could do the work ourselves. That wasn't the case. The woman I spoke to told me she could have someone out as soon as the next day, that being Saturday. The installer was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend this company.

Two technicians came out the same day to diagnose my washer, parts were ordered right away. By the next day Rudy was at my house installing the new part. He ordered the part and contacted me as soon as the part arrived. I really like their constant communication by texting about the arrival time. Washer quit in middle of cycle. Contacted Appliance Solutions and Rudy came out the next day. He installed a new part. He was quick, efficient, and explained everything. Excellent customer service and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
