He quickly diagnosed the issue and took the time to clearly explain everything to us. What really stood out was how he walked us step-by-step through replacing the filter ourselves so we’d feel confident doing it in the future. It’s not every day you find someone who combines expertise with patience and great customer service. He was punctual, respectful of our home, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate the excellent service and will absolutely use Noble BHS Appliance Company again. Highly recommend!

Kevin was the most responsive service provider we have had. He quickly diagnosed the problems with our Thermador oven, secured the required parts, and fixed it. Then he volunteered to repair our dishwasher and a leak in our refrigerator. All in all, a great experience. We highly recommend him.
