We had a great experience with Appliance Trade. Gerald, the service technician, came out quickly and performed a very thorough diagnostic on our 13-year-old Samsung. Unfortunately, the parts would have taken about three weeks to arrive, so we decided to purchase a new appliance instead. Throughout the process, Gerald was accommodating, professional, and very knowledgeable. Even though we didn’t go forward with the repair, we were impressed with the service and will absolutely reach out to Appliance Trade again for any future appliance issues.
