Had a problem with our high end Bosch dishwasher and called Mohammad based on good reviews. He came out right away, despite the snow, did a quick analysis, and taught me that my problem was, in fact, user error. He was extremely helpful and explaining the bells and whistles of the machine and how to stay out of trouble with them. The charge was minimal and the service extremely professional. I will definitely be calling him again for any appliance problems I have.
