I used Tempro on a recommendation and they did a great job replacing my 41yr old HVAC unit. They came out to estimate right away and within a couple of days they had everything replaced cleaned up and heat running with a few hours. A few weeks ago, we had Tempro out to fix an issue with our heating. At the time, the technician informed us that our pressure switch was faulty and may need replacement. We opted to defer that in the event that it might be fine. Today, the pressure switch unfortunately failed and our heat turned off. We called Tempro for assistance and they were able to pickup and install the replacement part within hours of our phone call to get our heat working again. Incredible customer service!
