Eric is a great guy. He is very responsive to returned calls, and when he's in route to your house. This is the second time I had him pressure wash my house. He is meticulous in getting the job done right. I had black mold on my lanai roof. After a few applications he got it from black to white! See pictures attached. My lanai doesn't have that moldy smell anymore! Eric will always be my number one guy to keep my house polished, and my Lanai roof maintained. Thanks again, Eric!

My experience with Applied Pressure Exterior was amazing from the call to get a quote to the service being done. Eric was amazing, professional and thorough. In less than 24 hours the job was complete. The driveway and house were both power washed. The pricing is fair and the work was excellent. I would highly recommend using them. I will most certainly use them again!
