Very pleased with Kevin C. He has recently serviced my father's house in Middle Village, Queens. Professonal, knowledgeable, and an asset for Approved Oil. My father is very satisfied with his work.

Unbelievably terrible service. We contacted them the day before, but they only sent someone to inspect the system the following evening. The technician only stayed for ten minutes, was very impatient in explaining things, and demanded we pay 2000 to replace parts. We'll have to replace the entire heating system after this winter.

I cannot tell you about the quality of their work, but their customer service through Marc is abysmal. This is about repairing a water heater's temperature regulator. The first time out, Approved Oil did not have the part, even though I told them the warranty company said it would be available and provided the authorization number. I had to have some storage materials moved in the basement, but if they had had the part the first time, they could have done the work. Today they came out, and the storage materials have been moved, but a pump not connected to the water heater was not working, and Marc was extremely rude and unprofessional. Now they cannot do the work. He also has the part that the warranty authorized for this repair, and stated it is his part now. Stay far away from thi

Boiler Annual Service with a smile. Lived over 25 plus years here and I want to give a shout out to Kevin C. for the A+ maintenance and annual heating service for our boiler today. You won't be disappointed if he's assigned to your home service ticket. Very knowledgeable, easy going, and will patiently answer questions about your boiler so you know what's happening. He arrived within the scheduled service window and gave me a call alerting that he just arrived. Came in with his tools and started right away with the filter, burner nozzle and went back out to grab his vac for the cleaning and descaling.
