Aptive Pest Control

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM I signed up for Aptive Pest Control about three months ago to fix a wasp issue at my home. Despite several visits, the only treatment they provided was spraying around the house and setting outdoor traps. The infestation actually got worse — at one point, I had hundreds of wasps flying inside. When I called for help, a technician came back but repeated the same surface treatment. I asked if they could remove the nest directly, and he said he wasn’t licensed to do that. The office manager later blamed me for “refusing service” and was rude and dismissive. I ended up paying a $199 cancellation fee just to end the contract. Ineffective service, poor communication, and no accountability. Save your money — look elsewhere.

Today’s experience was very good. The tech today was Manny. Wish there would be consistency in who services my home. Not all techs are honest or provide the same service. Have tried to talk into someone about this but no changes.

The service tech Dennis service our home today and did a great job. He made sure all of our concerns were answered and serviced all the areas outside our home and some inside. His communication was exceptional and he gave a full report of his assessment afterwards.

Manny arrived at the scheduled time. He took the time to listen to my needs and was very thorough during the process. He answered all of my questions and most importantly he was very courteous and professional.

I do not recommend aptive environmental for pest removal! The person that showed up was a little weird but I guess he was just trying to make small talk which turned into him telling me about how he wants to be a dental assistant and how he has heart problems. He removed the wasp nest shows me then proceeds to throw it on the sidewalk and stomp on it I’m like your gonna clean that up right??? He then proceeds to kick the nest into the sidewalk yard
