Regretfully signed a contract with this company. Wish I could give 0 stars. Andrew Henson came to our door (walked here and came through the woods on the side of our home and said his car was parked on the shoulder of the road). We signed up for the mosquito service since we live in a wooded area. After seeing no results after the first spray, they said it could take up to 21 days to take effect. We were skeptical but let them come again. Then Amari Petty showed up and only sprayed for about 5-10 minutes directly around our house (no other areas that were indicated in our contract). We signed up for EcoShield after a door-to-door sales visit back in June 2025. The representative was very persistent and we agreed to try the service, assuming we could evaluate it and decide later whether it was worth continuing. We began service in the same month, and even added their mosquito control add-on in July, hoping it would help address the pest issues we were experiencing around our home. Unfortunately, over the course of the service period we did not see meaningful improvement in the pest problem, including the mosquito issue despite the additional service. I wasn’t able to be home when Adrian arrived so I can assume all work was completed as described. We have been with ECO Shield for almost a year now and we have always gotten great service. Whenever something has been missed they get us back in the schedule quickly and take care of the issue. We are extremely happy with all of the techs who have come to our home

It was my pleasure meeting John from EcoShield as he was very professional and informative of the services being performed as well as inquiring about any other issues I may be experiencing since the last treatment back in October. It was comforting to talk to someone that genuinely care about the work being performed. I have one more treatment left on this contract so please send John again as he gets the job done....overall he's genuinely a nice guy!!!!!

Teah Jackson was great! He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Not to mention fearless when he stuck his head into the tree and removed a huge hornet's nest for us! We were very impressed by him, and your service.
