My experience with this company and there people were excellent they do a seamless job. I will definitely do this again. I would definitely recommend. Isaac did an outstanding job I will always call for him to do the job since he dose it very well and quick.

Xavier is an excellent technician, he took all the time I needed for my questions and answers them in a way so I could easily understand. If it were possible, I'd request him to be my regular APTIVE representative... Say, I know that isn't an option- but I wish it were. I'm very happy with the extra attention I received as per my request for the gnats and bugs in my 1st floor bathroom. The spraying seems to have had a positive effect already! **UPDATE** 9/24/2025 Another excellent service appt. I especially like how weather conditions can effect spraying and this treatment was broken up into a second one coming back during a dry few days next week. Ryan is a repeat technician, always a 10/10!

Graham was great and explained everything. I didn’t feel like he was in and out in 5 minutes. He covered all the areas I asked for him to do and even more. Thank You for servicing our house.

Great service provided by the company. Derek has been great when he comes out to service the home, detail oriented and listens to you and gives solutions where there has been concerns. Definitely recommend this company to others.

I hardly home but love the photos n vids sent to show what was taken care of. They’re Courteous n knowledgeable, thank you PS great technician. Great job 👏🏽
