John was very efficient and professional. Knowing I was not home, he contacted me to check on any issues he needed to focus on other than those contracted for. He reported back to me when he was finished. He sent pictures showing what was done. Loved seeing he zeroed in on areas I try to keep knocked down, but not tall enough or have a tool to take care of those spider webs. So appreciate him going above and beyond to do this. Simple courtesy goes a long way for this client.

Josue did an absolutely great job today! He was very thorough, friendly and professional! He explained why he didn’t come inside today and focused primarily on the outskirts of my home due to the season, but that in the spring they would come back and start the indoors as well.

Be very careful with this company. I literally watched their worker come to my home, sit in their can for approximately 10 minutes and drive off. Rendering absolutely no services. I immediately called the company to discontinue my service and request that there’s no charge to my account due to no service rendered. Though I was assured that I would not be charged I was still charged $146.00 two days later. If I had not checked my account I would have missed it. So after no rendering a service, they take money they weren’t due and that I must wait 30 days for my money. I urge you to be home to ensure you truly get what you’re paying for. This company is unethical
