They have been great. So thankful they’ve been able to come later in the day so I can be home to put my dog away. Way flexible. And their staff actually cleans the spider webs and wasps nests and gets the areas where I need it. The employee that came yesterday 9-9-25. I wish I would have caught his name. He was awesome and did my whole house inside outside and front and back. Thank you for caring about my house.

Marlon the Aptive sales rep came by and did a fantastic job about explaining all they offered. Very patient in taking time to explain all the plans and answer all my questions in helping find a plan that fit our budget. He was fun to visit with, nice guy no pressure sales. Later that day Adam the service tech who was also very pleasant, came to do our first service, did a really good job knocking down all wasps nests and very thorough application throughout our home and yard. Looking forward to less bugs especially on our lawn and trees. Thus far , I’d recommend Aptive pest control to kill all those creepy crawling and flying things!

Great service great people. Takes care of all the bugs. Tech texted me before he got to my house and asked if I had any concerns. I replied about some problem areas with bugs. He took care of all the issues. Great job!!! Thank you!!!

Jaden did a great job with our pest control service. I also love that they did our lawn and that was included as well as our garage gym. Marlin was awesome signing us up. Would definitely recommend!

I requested a touch up between regular visits and they handled everything quickly and completely. My quarterly cost is reasonable. The field mice from the construction nearby are controlled by the bait traps. The technician was friendly and courteous.
