Dear Christian, thank you for providing Great service: With Updates as services were provided . This company cares about your concerns! They came highly recommended from my sister! Today was my first visit with Aptive! They are great with advice on how to make sure pets are safe also . My house was looking creepy now it looks fresher! Thank you !

Had my first treatment last month. Very nice young lady did the work. All windows are supposed to be cleaned and treated. She missed 5 windows across the back, they still had spider webs and egg sacks on them in the corners. No big deal, they can get them next month. Well next month rolls around, I was not home when they came to treat. I received a text message from James that he had treated my home. I get home and look at the windows on the back of the house. The same five windows still have webs and eggs sacks on them. These windows are easily reachable. I texted James back and asked that he return as he missed the same five windows as last visit. He responded that he did his job and sent me photos of different areas he sprayed. Basically I got a "I did my job, I'm not coming back" fro

My service was horrible! The tech named Christian came out last week, left spider webs, never treated the crawl space for mice control, never touched the wasp nest we requested to be destroyed-just to name a few thing-so needless to say we asked for a follow up visit-lucky us the same tech came out and did the same amount work he did the first time which was hardly a thing! Photos are those taken after he left! And to make things even better I get charged $119 for this visit. After my contract is up I will NEVER use this business again!

Davon did an excellent job today , he reached out by text message letting me know that I was on his schedule today and also let me know when he was on his way. Once he got to my house , he listened to me on what I had been seeing the last couple days with the increase of wasp sightings around my back deck . Also I was just letting him know to be aware of my permanent holiday lights that are installed on my house . Davon at the end of the service today suggested and installed a wasp trap on the back deck and explained in detail that I could understand the purpose of what the wasp trap does . I would love to have Davon to do our service from here on out , he has been to my house twice now and done an excellent service job both times. James was the best server that has come out from your company. He did a full service. I had Some questions I needed answering, and he did an excellent job of that. He was knowledgeable of his job as well as the company. James was also a very pleasant, kind, respectful, young man.
