Aptive Pest Control

The Aptive agent Jordan did an amazing job. I wasn’t home, and he took photos and shared them with me of the progress. The first visit done without me home that’s was completed completely.

Fantastic job as always! Appreciate the “head’s up” about when our tech, Richie was coming out; it really helps making sure the pets are all taken care of! In addition, he applied a treatment specifically to help keep our windows and doors from becoming an access point for the buggies! We’re so happy with our service, we would t trust anyone else to protect our home and yard! Thank you again!!

The representative and technician was very nice. I do have some issues 1) had an ant in the bathroom this morning although I saw him spray in there. 2) can’t find the mosquito trap that was to be placed outside. 3) my spider garden is alive and well this morning. 4) one part of fence line is only accessible through my back door. He was to text me when he was going through house to get there and never did. I have no idea when he left. He just disappeared,

They trick you into a 2 year commitment and then do a crap job. Literally watching the guy right this moment sit in his van listening to music after doing a quick walk around the house, skipping detached garage and not doing anything else with yard. 5 minute treatment, 15 sitting in van just to say he was here. The treatments do work when they do a thorough spray but completely hit or miss as to what kind of worker you get each time. Save your money!

William was on time and prepared for work. He listened to my concerns and addressed them with a thorough explanation of treatment. When completed he confirmed the treatments applied and ensured I understood.
