I can NOT recommend Aqua/Sam Thompson as a pool builder or for pool maintenance. It took him 10 months to build our pool in 2023 from February to November. Now it’s almost May 2024 and we are still waiting on him to get it cleaned up and ready. It has been a very disappointing experience all around. My kids and I have waited to swim for more than a year. Don’t hire him.

He left right after arriving when he couldn't find plugs for opening pool. We tried, unsuccessfully, multiple times over the next 3.5 hours to reach him. We figured he decided not to do the job. He finally called back to say he went to a Dr appt. He said the reason I couldn't reach him was because I called his business number (the same number he used to reach me that morning) but all he had with him was his cell phone (as if I should have known). The reason he didn't tell me he was leaving (or why) was because he didn't keep customer numbers on his cell phone. He also doesn't give out his cell phone number so, unless you just happen to catch him at home with his business phone, you can't reach him and he can't reach you.
