During our time of service with Aqua Blue Pools we have had several service techs that have cleaned or pool, they come and go. I wanted to let you know that Israel - BY FAR - has been the best we've ever had servicing our pool. He has been with us for 2 years now. His service has been reliable, consistent, excellent communication, honest, trustworthy and highly knowledgeable in maintaining our pool. We have been with Aqua Blue since they built our pool in 2016-17. We have always used their pool maintenance technicians and have been satisfied with their services. Earlier this year there were some issues with retention of pool maintenance staff which Aqua Blue worked to resolve and we were appreciative of their efforts. We were quite fortunate at that point to be assigned to Israel Norton and he has been outstanding. He's friendly, keeps to his schedule and informs us of any issues that may be occurring. Recently we had an issue that needed intervention by another department. Israel was very good about keeping us informed until the issue could be handled and resolved by the other department. Aqua Blue Pools built our pool about nine years ago, and they have maintained it for us ever since. Our current pool technician, Noah has been terrific! He’s very attentive to our pool needs and extremely pleasant to work with. In addition, his supervisor, Jeremy is also first rate! We couldn’t be more pleased than we are with Aqua Blue POOLS,

We have been having our pool serviced and maintained by Aqua Blue Pools since they built it in 2015. Over the past 10 years, we have had numerous technicians clean our pool and maintain it’s water chemistry, but no other technician has been as thorough, knowledgeable, and professional as Israel Norton! He is extremely reliable, respectful, and personable. If we are not home at the time when he services our pool, Israel will text us to alert us to any issues he has found. When we have a question or concern, if he has the answer he will respond quickly or get back to us within days with a resolution. My husband and I feel very fortunate to have Israel as our technician and hope Aqua Blue appreciates him for his strong work ethic and dedication to his customers.

Israel takes excellent care of our pool. He does more than just pool maintenance — he consistently alerts us to anything unusual he may notice, straightens things that are out of place, and is always responsive to texts and calls.
