Charleston Rug Cleaning

I have been using Rug Spa services for several years, and can’t say enough about the great customer service Jamie consistently provides, especially when it comes to pick-up and delivery. Jamie has gone above and beyond to make it easy and convenient for me, and worked with my schedule. Plus, he always does a great job cleaning my rugs. I have dogs, and as you may know: Dogs = Stains I’ve used other rug cleaning services in the past, but I’ve found the best of them! While we were on a trip, our dogs decided to express their disapproval by leaving several solid and wet surprises on our living room and dining room rugs. The dog sitters tried to clean up the mess as much as possible and then rolled the rugs up and moved them to the garage where they sat with remnants of the the surprise still on them for another week. When we got home, I took the rugs to Charleston Rug Spa but was prepared to hear that they would not be able to be salvaged. (They were REALLY in bad shape.) I dropped them off last Thursday and got a call on Sunday saying that not only were they able to get out the new stains and odors, but they were also able to get out an old stain on the dining room rug that 2 other cleaning companies were unable to get out. Jayme was such a pleasure to work with. He really cares and wants to make sure you end up happy with the work they've done. Due to the nature of my Moroccan rug, some of the dyes bleed, which I knew going in to it. He contacted me to let me know and make sure I was ok with it before moving forward with the cleaning, which I was. After the cleaning, he sent me a picture of how the rug turned out and offered to wash it again to try to get the dyes look more even. He did great. I wish I had taken a before picture of my incredibly dirty rug because the rug I left with was almost like new!

Amazing work. Great attention to detail. When I first saw they advertise true hand washing of Oriental rugs, I wanted proof. So I sent my least favorite rug first. It came back clean, soft and supple. So I started sending all of my oriental rugs to them. Thrilled with the work. When one of my new rugs was nearly ruined with stains, sent that, too. Came back spotless. The owner oversees everything. Another plus!

Fabulous service and outstanding job. Had four oriental rugs cleaned. They were picked and returned within a few days. Looked brand new after cleaning, which was remarkable given the way my dog treated them! Enthusiastically recommend to everyone and will definitely use again.
