Aqua Concierge was incredibly helpful. They provided me with an over the phone analysis of a roof leak. They answered all of my questions including a couple more about moisture control in the home. After the call, they said that it sounded like I didn’t need their services due to the lack of severity of our leak. but would come by if I still wanted the thorough inspection. Overall, they provided great education, and lots of free value. Such a great and honest business model! Will be my first call if I have damage concerns in the future.

Aqua Concierge Restoration & Construction helped one of my clients who was dealing with water damage at their home. I found them online after some research and gave them a call. They arrived on site to my client's home within an hour of my phone call. My client was very happy with their work.

I needed an assessment of whether my house had mold and needed a restoration. Jesus Galvan (project manager) from Aqua Concierge came, assessed and recommended no further work. I appreciated his honesty and detailed reasons why the mold I was seeing was not an issue. He answered all my questions and took great care of me. If I need a restoration project, I will for sure reach out to them again.
