We renovated our bathrooms in 2011 and Aquadraulics supplied all of the fixtures. Their support at that time was excellent. Now, it’s 2025 and one of the shower heads is corroded and leaks a bit. We stopped by Aquadraulics to see about buying a new one. Maria assisted us and was super helpful and advised us that I was mistaken about the model and manufacturer of our old one and it was in fact covered by a lifetime warranty. She happily spent significant time with us without receiving a sale. Good people!

In the middle of a renovation now. The process of picking out hardware and plumbing supplies with easy and stress free. However, once everything came, we got a used toilet, we are missing pieces, rubber ring they gave us doesn’t fit toilet. Severally trips to correct missing pieces, and we still don’t have a working toilet. Also the toilets they sold us are not liked apparently by many plumbers and contractors due to issues.

We work with Aquardraulics for a lot of our material and they have always been amazing! Mark knows everything we need when we call to order and Sammy is Wonderful when he delivers to us! Thanks!
