Firstly, I call them and they responded right away on a Saturday night. He was sent the order by my Home Warranty company. We had a broken shower valve, the water wouldn’t completely shut off. We had to turn off water to the whole house. He came on Sunday morning!!!!! A broken valve stem stuck inside the wall, he was very resourceful and knew his craft. He got it out and replaced with a new valve stem he had with him, even had a handle that would work, love that he came prepared. Peter is an awesome plumber, very courteous and helpful!!! Recommend him highly!!!

I’m in the Bay Area, and I had an issue with a clogged kitchen pipe. The drain wasn’t draining properly, so I called a plumber to take a look. The plumber came over, snaked the kitchen pipe a few times, but it didn’t help at all. He tried four times, but still no luck. Peter came over, understood the problem quickly, and suggested we snake the main sewage line in the garage to clear any blockages. He was really helpful. Peter from Aqua Fresh is a gifted plumber. I was assigned to them by First American Home Warranty after the first plumber screwed many things. Peter took care of installing a new faucet, taking care of a leak, and fixing a long standing issue with the shower head which many plumbers couldn't do earlier.
