If you're looking for a company that's capable of catastrophic failure both summer and winter - look no further! After about 10k in damages and 10 weeks of unusable pools, we've switched companies. The incompetence of Aqua Guys (pictures of exploded pool filters, broken pumps and green pool featured below) knows no boundaries and should be a red flag for everyone. I was told that in addition to not being competent, they also weren't liable for their failures (turns out the only thing they can do effectively is protect themselves legally).

I have used Aqua Guys Pool Service for many years Carolann has always answered my questions or concerns very quickly. She has always scheduled my services at my convenience. The team constantly arrives at scheduled time and performs a thorough cleaning, chemical balance and equipment checks, they even clean my personal robot vacuum. Dave and the technicians are always friendly and go the extra mile to make sure my pool is perfect. In the past I have used other pool services, but what sets Aqua Guys apart is their dedication to customer satisfaction. The aqua guys have been great to work with over the last two seasons. Carolann in the office is great at scheduling and really makes us feel like part of the family. As new home owners in Danbury with an in ground pool, we brought on the Aqua Guys to help us after we tried to do it ourselves. it took us over three weeks to open and clean our pool when we first moved in. The team is great and they are always on time, do great work and are always ready to answer a question about owning a pool. We used them to treat our pool over the winter and the work over the winter made opening the pool very simple. We have them come once a week to treat and clean the pool and feel great having this team behind us as we enjoy our pool with friends and family.

I am very pleased with Aqua Guys Pool Service and have used them for several years! They offer a variety of maintenance options to fit the size of your pool! I have a regular crew assigned and they are well versed in water chemistry as well as mechanical issues, should they arise. It is a pleasure to deal with them!

The office staff is always extremely helpful and the people in the field do a great job keeping my pool and hot tub in great shape.
