Unfortunately, I have to give 1 star for such incredibly poor customer service and communication. If Ryan didn’t want than business, he could have just told us and we would have moved on. He asked me to send him the information regarding my call, and I did. Ryan then told me he could get someone out to our property, then never responded to email or calls. I suggest you look elsewhere if you’re looking for prompt and professional service.

Best pool company in the Twin Cities! Whenever we have an issue they are there and they solve it. I’m a maintenance supervisor for a property in Minneapolis and we have four bodies of water and today we had an issue with one of our hot tubs. Eric and their service team got what we needed and had everything completed two hours later. Thanks guys!
