Aqua Med Walk-In Tubs

Absolutely LOVE our new tub!! Working with Sherry was a so easy and NO high pressure, from beginning to end everything could not have been any better. John who installed the tub was the BEST!! Maybe I should call them our dynamic duo!!! We highly recommend Aqua Med Tubs if you want the BEST tub dealing with the BEST people!!

I have not personally purchased any of the Acqua Med tubs, but I know the owner well and wanted to share a review of her character. Having worked with her in the past, I can attest to her deep passion for her company. She consistently goes above and beyond to meet her clients' needs and genuinely loves what she does. Her business practices reflect her integrity; she prioritizes her clients' needs over merely making a profit. She is proactive in reaching out to manufacturers to address and resolve any issues that arise. I have been truly impressed by her dedication, from personally handling calls to promptly addressing concerns. Her commitment to her work is truly remarkable.

There needs to be more stars! No high pressure. Just caring service through the whole process. Sherry couldn't have done more and the installers were terrific. All done in one day, no muss or fuss. And we love the tub. Highly pleased with the whole experience.
