Aqua Men Pro Exterior Cleaning & Paver sealing

10/10! AquaMen provided exceptional service. The team was very friendly, walked me through the process before the cleaning, and answered any questions I had prior to starting. My gutters, windows, and driveway look like new! I didn’t realize how big of a difference a service like this made. Pricing was reasonable and fair. I was looking for a powerwasher and window cleaning person for my new house and some friends recomended me to aqua men and I had a great experience with how they did everything thoroughly and efficiently.

I'm giving an honest review because the company couldnt be bothered to correspond with me in a professional manner when I raised a concern about their service. I paid for a pool deck and lanai power wash but when I got home to check the deck and lanai, the entire deck was soaking wet including the rugs on the deck. I understand the water but when I asked why my rugs were soaking wet, I was told that they did not move the rugs. So they power washed around my lanai outdoor furniture and rug and the tiles underneath are still dirty. Albert was our tech and when asked why he would not power wash the entire deck, he had no real answer. I expressed concern that our rug was soaked on one half by the tiles and he stated "Ive never had a customer have to throw away a rug and it will dry". Never onc

We had aquamen seal our lanai and driveway. We were assured that the sealing would prevent mold from coming back on our travertine pavers. These photos are from 10 days after the seal with having no rain. When we brought the issue to aquamen they had the rep who manufactures the sealant come to review the property. They tried to say that it was because of drainage issues but after having two companies come to assess we do not have any drainage issues on our property. They did offer to remove and retreat with the seal but mentioned the issue would keep appearing. We are extremely frustrated that after spending thousands of dollars the only solution was to do the exact same thing and hope for a different outcome.
