Traveling to an appointment 6/18/25 and your employee was very aggressive in his driving. Riding so close to my bumper I couldn't see his head lights. For this reason alone I would NOT recommend your company. Tell your driver to get up early and plan accordingly to make it to work on time. Eventually your luck will run out and you will hurt someone with your driving. DO BETTER AQUA PRO IRRIGATION, IT'S A BAD LOOK FOR YOU!!

Super shady business practices! Unbelievably rude aggressive argumentative office management with unethical billing. Lady will tell you it’s $80 an hour at scheduling then bill you $125 an hour! They seriously need new office management she is just down right nasty to customers. Juan did great work but then his professionalism is ruined by the nasty office management. I get the bill that’s not what was discussed and instead of apologizing and making right (or even just being nice) they are nasty and argumentative. They changed the billing rate after work was completed and tried to justify it and negotiate it. Sorry that’s not how business works! DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPAY.. I called and the lady answering the phone very negative and quick to tell you.. SHE DONT NEED YOUR SERVICE no matter how long you have used them.. She asked for a credit card on file and I gave it everytime ive called.. WHEN I TELL YOU CLOSE THEM DOWN.. My information never changed and I always pay my bills but she has my account mixed up but once again Straight ATTITUDE definitely not business minded.. I CANT PAY AND PLEA WITH ANYONE especially if I’m trying to comply with your requests .. CHOOSE A BETTER COMPANY THERE ARE SO MANY MORE OUT HERE

One employee was stopped at the Marathon, nearly backed up without looking. Pushed me out of the way as I was leaving to buy lottery tickets. Then as we got into a disagreement with his poor professionalism, the guy took a photo of me and called it slander. Don’t use their service. Terrible professionalism.

First time I used Aqua Pro they over billed on hours. We worked it out after much arguing. The tech was here for 1 hour but claimed more. That was a couple years ago and simply their error. I only went back to them because everyone has a bad day and I believe in second chances. My mistake!! They are too rude and it’s a shame! It’s gonna be a BIG JOB for someone. Just not them. I definitely would never recommend them and it’s because of the mouth of the other end of the line. Sorry to have to share my disappointment… I rarely review if ever! That’s how ugly it was for me.
